Question 1

What does a deal review cover?

Accepted Answer

We read the written dealership quote and organize the vehicle price, out-the-door total, taxes, registration, documentation fees, add-ons, financing terms, and trade-in effects when those details are included. You get a plain-English explanation and practical questions to take back to the dealership. The review is independent and nonjudgmental: we do not take a dealership commission or pressure you to buy.

Question 2

How much does a review cost?

Accepted Answer

There are two one-time options: the Focused Review is $89 and the Full Deal Review is $169. The Full Deal Review is for quotes with more moving parts, such as trade-in or financing details. See the published options on the pricing page.

Question 3

How do I submit a dealership quote?

Accepted Answer

Start at the quote submission form, add your contact and vehicle details, include any useful context, and upload the dealership paperwork. After submission, you receive a private status link where the review progresses from submitted to in review to completed.

Question 4

What quote materials are useful to upload?

Accepted Answer

An itemized dealership quote or buyer’s order is most useful. Include pages showing the vehicle price, fees, add-ons, financing terms, and trade-in allowance or payoff when applicable. Accepted uploads are PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, or WebP files up to 10 MB. Remove unrelated sensitive credentials or financial identifiers before uploading.

Question 5

How is my information and quote handled?

Accepted Answer

We use the details you submit to prepare and manage your review. Your uploaded quote goes through Polsia’s authenticated upload proxy, and its stored file reference stays attached to your submission for internal review. Upload only the pages needed for this deal and remove unrelated sensitive credentials or financial identifiers first.

Question 6

How long does a review take?

Accepted Answer

Most complete submissions are intended to be reviewed within 15 minutes to 2 business days, depending on the situation. Quotes with more moving parts or missing details may take longer, so this is an estimate rather than an unconditional guarantee. Your private status page is the source of truth for the current stage of your review.

Question 7

What does the review not guarantee?

Accepted Answer

A review does not guarantee savings, a change in dealership behavior, financing approval, or any particular financing terms. It also does not require you to buy the vehicle or guarantee that you will reach a particular purchase outcome. The review is practical guidance based on the information you share, not legal, financial, or mechanical advice.
